For their education, the children and young people urgently need books for reading, encyclopedias, textbooks, and other specialized literature. Therefore, libraries have already been established in three school centers (Dom Bosco - Cacuaco, Laura Vinuña - Benguela and CEMA - Lwena). These libraries are the only ones there and are used both by their own pupils and by pupils from other schools.

The students and teachers receive a library card for 100 or 200 Kwanza (external students), which is the equivalent of 1 or 2 euros.

IniciativAngola supports all three school libraries with a financial contribution for the purchase of new books and for the salary of a librarian in Cacuaco.
